What we expect

• Own and steer the automation and quality strategy for APIs, web, and mobile applications built on cloud platforms
• Guide and mentor engineers and architects on modern development principles, architectural thinking, engineering patterns, and sustainable coding approaches
• Strengthen system testability by enabling predictable test data, providing validation hooks and emulated environments, and ensuring clear, stable interfaces for reliable testing
• Lead data quality validation efforts across analytics, ETL/ELT, and cloud data workflows, ensuring accuracy and trust in data outputs
• Own performance, scalability, and reliability testing, using data-driven insights to recommend improvements and prevent regressions
• Promote consistent tooling, frameworks, and pipelines to streamline QA and engineering workflows across teams

Who we are looking for

• Hands-on engineering background with technologies such as C#/.NET, Angular/TypeScript, and modern mobile frameworks
• Experience working with APIs and cloud integration patterns, including REST, gRPC, API gateways/management, and cloud orchestration services.
• Strong background in test automation, using tools such as Playwright, Appium, Robot Framework, pytest, Newman, or contract-testing frameworks
• Broad understanding of modern software architecture and the ability to coach teams on structured, maintainable, and scalable design approaches.
• Experience influencing engineering teams on coding standards, testability patterns, and quality-oriented technical decisions
• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps) and quality/reporting tools like SonarQube or Allure
• Comfort with practices such as early testing, behavior-driven development, contract-first approaches, and quality gates
