We are looking for a
Data, Analytics & AI Architect
to define and drive the strategic vision for enterprise data and AI systems. This role focuses on designing and implementing
scalable, secure, and innovative data platforms and AI capabilities
that enable business intelligence, advanced analytics, and machine learning across the organization.

As part of the
Data, Analytics & AI Architecture team
, you will shape the enterprise data and analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will act as a trusted advisor on complex projects, owning architectural artifacts, high-level designs, proof of concepts (POCs), and deployment support for data, analytics, and GenAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture Leadership

• Define and maintain architecture patterns, principles, and best practices.

• Design solutions for data and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Analyzes current architectures to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvements
• Deliver architectural artifacts, solution blueprints, and roadmaps.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

• Innovation & Emerging Tech

• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for new technologies.

• Assess capability maturity and build future-state architecture roadmaps.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to foster innovation.

• Expertise in data platforms, cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP), data modeling, and analytics tools.

• AI/ML Integration

• Develop and deploy models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

• Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms, such as AWS SageMaker, Azure Foundry, or Google AI Platform, Mosaic AI
• Experience in utilizing tools like MLflow for managing the ML lifecycle, including experimentation, reproducibility, and deployment
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and/or reinforcement learning techniques as applicable to business use cases
• Ability to integrate advanced analytics and AI/ML models into existing data workflows, ensuring seamless access and usability

Work Experience
9-12 years of experience in data and analytics solution delivery or related position

5-8 years of architecture or design experience across a broad range of data and analytics capabilities with a cloud background

Technical Skills
Data and Analytics computing methodologies

Data and Analytics platforms, tools, and integration processes both on-prem and cloud

Common integration patterns (batch, micro-batch, near real time, real time)

Data Fabric framework

Basic Programming skills in Python, SQL

Data management and data security

Tools Knowledge
Data pipeline tools like ADF, IICS

Data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery

BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker

Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP

Streaming/Event processing and pub/sub software

AI/ML Tools like MLOps, Tensorflow, Mosaic AI, AWS Sagemaker, Pytorch

Relevant cloud provider architect certifications, TOGAF, CDMP would be desirable
