After a successful first season in 2025, the Tomorrowland Store in Ibiza will return for its second season in 2026 Visitors can once again explore the most delightful items from the Tomorrowland collection – from stylish clothing to must-have accessories and jewelry. The store will continue to highlight special collaborations, including Baobab scented candles, premium JBL speakers, and more. Guests can enjoy a cup of coffee while reconnecting with the magical atmosphere of Tomorrowland.

Located at vibrant Playa d'en Bossa, the Tomorrowland Store seeks enthusiastic Bartenders for the 2026 season. You'll ensure smooth bar operations, prepare drinks with care, advise guests, handle payments, and maintain a clean, organized space—all while delivering outstanding customer service and creating an unforgettable experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You prepare and serve coffee, as well as a wide range of beverages, with attention to quality and customer experience.
  • You ensure that the bar remains clean, organized and inviting, both during and after working hours, and always comply with hygiene and safety standards.
  • You restock and check supplies, from drinks and coffee essentials to tableware, to keep operations running smoothly.
  • You provide friendly and efficient service, making guests feel welcome.

MUST-HAVES

  • You have experience in hospitality, preferably as a bartender or barista, and are familiar with preparing coffee and other beverages.
  • You are customer-oriented, friendly and attentive to guests' needs.
  • You have basic knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations.
  • You enjoy working in a team and have good communication skills.
  • You are flexible, stress-resistant and can handle a busy work environment.
  • You can express yourself well in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • You are available during the season (April - October) for 40 hours per week and are living in Ibiza.
