We are seeking a motivated and results-driven German-speaking Google Ads Account Manager to join our hybrid team in Barcelona. In this role, you will combine expertise in digital advertising with strong client management skills to deliver high-performing PPC campaigns and drive measurable results for a portfolio of clients.
As a trusted advisor, you will onboard new clients, understand their business goals, and develop tailored strategies to maximize their digital marketing impact. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in sales or marketing, although highly motivated candidates eager to learn will also thrive.
The role is hybrid, requiring two days in the Barcelona office and three days working remotely.
Role OverviewIn this position, you will manage client accounts, develop and optimize Google Ads campaigns, and identify opportunities for growth. You will serve as a strategic partner to your clients, offering guidance and solutions to help them achieve their objectives. Your daily work will involve proactive outreach, campaign management, and performance analysis.
Key ResponsibilitiesOnboard and advise a portfolio of new clients, acting as their trusted marketing partner.
Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads and PPC campaigns that align with client goals.
Conduct outbound calls to promote services, generate new leads, and increase business opportunities.
Understand clients' objectives and challenges and provide customized recommendations.
Set up strategic campaigns designed for both immediate results and long-term performance.
Drive account growth through upselling and increasing client investment in campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven optimizations.
Maintain a comprehensive client database with up-to-date account information.
Handle a high volume of client interactions daily while ensuring professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Fluent German speaker (C2/native level)
Proficient in English (B2 minimum) for internal communication and reporting
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising is a strong advantage
Solid understanding of Google Ads, PPC strategies, and digital marketing principles
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Hybrid working model in Barcelona (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)
