Job Summary
You will support the P&P Manager in delivering reliable business insights through recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reporting for leadership and project teams. This role requires autonomy, ownership of specific analyses or projects, and collaboration with stakeholders across Sourcing, Data & Analytics, and Project Management.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain accurate reporting to track sourcing performance across management levels.
- Develop analytical models to support strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Create compelling presentations to communicate recommendations.
- Support project initiatives with relevant analysis.
- Leverage
Tableau
and
Salesforce
to automate and improve reporting processes. - Ensure data accuracy and reporting requirements are met.
- Coach and support P&P Analysts within the team.
- Build trust and foster collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Skillset and Experience Required
- Strong analytical and data modeling skills.
- Experience in reporting and performance tracking within sourcing or similar environments.
- Proficiency in
SQL
,
Tableau
,
Salesforce
, and data visualization tools. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
