Education and requirements
  • Higher education or professional training in Administration, Tourism, Event Management, Communication, or related fields.
  • Excellent spoken and written proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English.

Organization informationMain Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide administrative support for the organization of educational events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for speakers and attendees according to the assigned program and budget.
  • Update and maintain databases of suppliers, speakers, and participants.
  • Prepare event materials and ensure timely documentation.
  • Process payments and follow up on pending administrative and financial procedures.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
  • Clear and accurate written and oral communication skills; diplomatic and professional in all interactions.
