Role Description

This is a role for an Investment Banking Analyst responsible for supporting transaction execution, financial analysis, and research activities. In this position, you will assist with building financial models, preparing valuation analyses, and conducting market and industry research to support senior team members across live deals and business development initiatives.

Your responsibilities include drafting presentation materials, analyzing financial statements, supporting due diligence processes, and contributing to the development of pitch decks. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate investment opportunities, perform comparative analyses, and help maintain databases related to market activity, transaction trends, and client information.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Solid understanding of corporate finance principles, financial statements, and capital markets
