What you will be doing

As a Senior Project Manager, your mission will be to lead the end-to-end management of service orders, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, providers, and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring the status of service orders in the provider phase.
  • Providing support and communication to local clients.
  • Resolving discrepancies with providers.
  • Updating internal systems and documentation.
  • Managing expectations, risks, and escalations.
  • Coordinating provisioning areas (assignment, configuration, installation, delivery).
  • Reporting forecasts of product orders.

You will ideally have

Requirements:

  • Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or similar.

3 to 5 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry..

  • High level of English (B2/C1), both spoken and written.
  • High level of German (C1)
  • Experience managing providers in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong project and activity management skills.

Must Have:

  • Residence in Spain.
  • Availability for occasional visits to the client's headquarters.
  • Solid understanding of the telecommunications industry.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • High level of commitment and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

ITIL Foundation certification.
