Senior Business Analyst
with strong expertise in
ISO 20022
,
corporate payments
, and
digital banking integration
.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis for
payment transformation and integration
projects with Tier-1 banks and multinational corporates. - Define and document
business, functional, and data mapping requirements
(BRD, FSD, DDR). - Work with
ISO 20022, CBPR+, SWIFT (MT101/MT199), SEPA
message formats. - Support integration via
API, H2H, and SFTP
models for corporate-to-bank connectivity. - Oversee
UAT
, manage
defect triage
, and ensure alignment between business and IT. - Collaborate with architecture, operations, and compliance teams for secure, scalable solutions.
- Lead stakeholder workshops, mentor junior analysts, and drive Agile delivery.
Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years in
financial services / payments / cash management / treasury systems - Hands-on with
ISO 20022 XML (pain.001, pain.002, pain.008, camt.052/053/054) - Familiarity with
CBPR+, SEPA
,
PSD2
,
TARGET2
, and global payment schemes - Strong in
API integration
,
H2H connectivity
, and
digital channel UX - Experience with
JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow
, and
Agile
methodology - Knowledge of
Oracle SQL
,
Postman
, and
data mapping - Excellent communication in
English and Spanish
Preferred
- Certifications:
CBAP, SAFe, PMP, ITIL, SWIFT Certified Specialist - Degree in
