As
Project Manager
at a workforce management software company, you play a key role in guiding customers through complex implementations. You bring structure, clarity, and a calm presence to every project, ensuring timelines are met and expectations are aligned. You collaborate closely with analysts, consultants, and client stakeholders, tailoring solutions to local needs while keeping the broader international context in mind.

• Manage multiple software implementation projects simultaneously, from initiation to delivery.
• Apply a proven project methodology focused on collaboration with clients, third parties, and SD Worx.
• Monitor and report on project scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate and support multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring smooth and proactive communication.
• Facilitate recurring meetings and adapt to dynamic, non-standardized processes.
• Ensure knowledge is shared across the team to avoid centralizing information in one person.
• Act as a trusted partner to clients, solving problems on the go and adapting to changing needs.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor´s or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Solid experience in project management, ideally in international environments.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalán is not a must but would certainly help
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with dynamic, non-standardized project environments.
