What's the job? 

As a Trainee in our Human Resources department, you will be directly involved in the HR processes of a luxury hotel, providing business solutions across the different areas of the department (recruitment, engagement, labor relations, etc.).

Your day-to-day

• Assist new team members with the required documentation.
• Support new team members during their orientation day.
• Create and post job offers on different job portals.
• Attend job fairs and school workshops.
• Develop various internal engagement projects.
• Respond to employees' and management's questions, requests, and concerns regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
• Provide support throughout the full payroll cycle.
• Provide support in the area of Labor Relations, in coordination with our external advisory service. 

What we need from you 

• Degree or postgraduate studies related to Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a similar field.Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint. 
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English. Must have at least basic spoken Spanish.
