Job Title: Agile Project Manager (5-8 Years Experience)

Introduction: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Project Manager to join our team and drive the successful delivery of projects using Agile methodologies. This role is pivotal in ensuring that cross-functional teams collaborate effectively, deliver value continuously, and align project outcomes with business objectives. The Agile Project Manager will play a critical role in fostering an Agile mindset across the organization, enabling faster decision-making, improved product quality, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile project teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.

  • Utilize Business Analysis skills to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Monitor project progress using Agile metrics and tools, providing regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing best practices within Agile frameworks such as Scrum.

  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance team performance and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in project management with a strong focus on Agile methodologies.

  • Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Business Analysis practices.

  • Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Tools and Technologies:

  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

  • Familiarity with collaboration and communication platforms like Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Zoom.

  • Experience with requirements management and documentation tools.

  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) tools and practices.
