As Business Strategy & Data Analytics Specialist you will support the Business Operations Team by analyzing business data and developing automated solutions that enable strategic decision-making. This role will take ownership of weekly business reporting for senior management and ensure data consistency across internal processes. In addition to delivering actionable insights, the position will contribute to backend data workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data pipelines and reporting systems.

This role will be embedded within the Business Operations Team. 

What responsibilities and objectives will you have?

  • Analyze key business metrics related to performance, operations, and growth.
  • Own the preparation and delivery of weekly business reports for management.
  • Build automated scripts and backend processes for data extraction and transformation.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and SQL for strategic insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across internal systems and processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation based on data-driven insights.

Well, what will the requirements be?

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, and Excel.
  • Experience with backend data processing and ETL workflows.
  • Ability to create effective dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.
  • Familiarity with PySpark and R (not mandatory but highly valued).
  • Basic understanding of statistical models (a plus).
  • Professional level of English (mandatory).

  • Experience preparing and structuring data for AI-related business projects is highly welcomed.
