Responsabilidades principales

Gestión de materiales y planificación


• Calcular consumos de nuevas colecciones y reposiciones (telas, fornituras y distribución por talleres).


• Generar y gestionar pedidos a proveedores de tejidos y fornituras, comparando precios y bajo supervisión.


• Controlar el stock de tejidos y fornituras (entradas, salidas y reposiciones).


• Hacer seguimiento del material sobrante tras cada producción.


• Garantizar que no haya roturas de stock en materiales esenciales.

Coordinación con talleres y control de producción


• Registrar y verificar albaranes recibidos de los talleres.


• Contrastar albaranes con facturas antes de validarlas.


• Definir prioridades y gestionar las fechas de entrega con los talleres.


• Comprobar que los productos recibidos cumplen con las fichas técnicas.


• Supervisar y controlar las piezas cortadas pendientes de confección.

Apoyo al desarrollo de colecciones


• Definir cantidades de producción basadas en datos reales de ventas.


• Gestionar la elaboración de muestras (fotografía, referencia interna y comerciales).


• Organizar y clasificar telas por temporada en el almacén.


Perfil que buscamos


• Orden y organización excepcionales.


• Mucha iniciativa y capacidad para anticiparse a problemas.


• Carácter firme para tratar con talleres y corregir errores.


• Buena memoria y capacidad para gestionar múltiples procesos a la vez.


• Dominio de Excel y soltura con herramientas informáticas.


• Energía, empuje y proactividad para afrontar picos de trabajo.


Experiencia deseada


• 2–3 años de experiencia en producción, gestión de stock, planning, supply chain o similares.


• Experiencia en moda o procesos textiles, muy valorable.


Idiomas


•
Español nativo
(imprescindible).

Catalán
: muy valorable.


•
Inglés
: nivel intermedio (para proveedores, documentación y comunicación básica).

We are looking for a
Junior Production Manager
to join our team and oversee the full production process of our collections. We are seeking someone with
strong initiative
, detail-oriented, decisive and confident, capable of coordinating workshops, managing materials, and ensuring that every piece meets our quality standards.

This role includes

Production Manager
in the medium term.


Main Responsibilities

Material Management & Planning


• Calculate material consumption for new collections and replenishments (fabrics, trims, distribution per workshop).


• Create and manage orders to fabric and trim suppliers, comparing prices under supervision.


• Control fabric and trim stock (incoming, outgoing, and replenishment).


• Follow up on leftover materials after each production.


• Ensure no stock shortages in essential materials.

Workshop Coordination & Production Control


• Register and verify delivery notes received from workshops.


• Cross-check delivery notes with invoices before approval.


• Set priorities and manage delivery deadlines with workshops.


• Ensure received products match technical sheets.


• Supervise and control cut pieces pending assembly.

Support in Collection Development


• Define production quantities based on real sales data.


• Manage sample production (photoshoots, internal reference, sales reps).


• Organise and classify fabrics by season in the warehouse.

• Strong initiative and ability to anticipate issues.


• Confidence when dealing with workshops and correcting mistakes.


• Good memory and ability to follow multiple processes at once.


• Proficiency in Excel and general digital tools.


• High energy, drive and proactiveness during busy periods.


Desired Experience


• 2–3 years of experience in production, stock management, planning, supply chain or related fields.


• Experience in the fashion or textile industry is highly valued.

: intermediate level (for suppliers, documentation, and basic communication).
