Experienced technical leader with a strong background in software development and system architecture Skilled in Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and passionate about driving engineering excellence Proficient in programming languages such as Java and familiar with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker) Knowledge of charging systems, messaging flows, and AAA concepts in mobile networks Strong communicator who can bridge technical and business priorities and build collaborative relationships Proven ability to mentor and develop teams, fostering an inclusive and high-performing environment Resilient and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure situations Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years leading software development teams
