Our team is truly international (19+ nationalities) and we're looking for a Data Analyst Specialist - BI Engineer to help us take data-driven decision-making to the next level. You'll work directly with our Chief Client Officer, turning complex data into actionable insights, scalable analytics, and impactful dashboards.
What You'll Do:
- Transform large datasets into clear, actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Design and maintain advanced BI dashboards and reports.
- Build, optimize, and document ETL/ELT pipelines in AWS and Google Cloud.
- Write efficient SQL/Python code for analytics and automation.
- Collaborate with business and product teams to define KPIs and ensure analytical consistency.
- Ensure data integrity, accessibility, and governance across all projects.
- Support strategic initiatives with insights that drive real business impact.
- 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Engineer, or similar role.
- Advanced skills in SQL and Python for analytics and automation.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, Looker).
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines in AWS and/or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of data infrastructure as code is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Based in Madrid or nearby (semi-remote with regular office collaboration).
- You thrive working closely with both technical and business teams.
- You turn data into powerful stories that influence decisions.
- You proactively identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- You help set analytics standards and best practices within your team.
- You bring curiosity, creativity, and a continuous learning mindset to every project.
