La persona seleccionada se encargará de definir, diseñar, calcular, programar, supervisar, controlar y evaluar proyectos dentro de su ámbito y área de especialidad ( máquinas rotativas, motores, bombas, ventiladores, turbinas de vapor, compresores, sistemas de tratamiento de aguas) en coordinación con el equipo de proyecto, maximizando la calidad y minimizando riesgos y costes.
FUNCIONES
- Definición ingeniería mecánica de la planta
- Cálculos hidráulicos
- Valoración de distintas opciones y búsqueda de nuevas alternativas tecnológicas ( proveedores)
- Valoración de layout general de planta dentro de su ámbito.
- Descripción funcional de los equipos mecánicos y especificaciones técnicas de diseño, tanto de equipos mecánicos como de plantas paquete, tales como sistemas de refrigeración, de tratamiento de aguas, etc.
- Validación técnico-económica de las posibles empresas suministradoras o subcontratistas dentro de su área
- Tabulación técnico-económica y evaluación de ofertas
- Negociación con los posibles empresas suministradoras o subcontratistas dentro de su área
- Negociación con las empresas de EPC.
- Supervisión y validación de la ingeniería desarrollada por el EPC.
- Coordinación con las otras disciplinas del proyecto EPC
- Hacer cumplir con las calidades incluidas en el contrato EPC
- Asistir a reuniones periódicas con clientes o EPcistas.
- Formar parte de otras actividades del departamento.
FORMACION Y CONOCIMIENTOS
- Formación: Grado en ingeniería Mecánica / ingeniería Industrial / Ingeniería química.
- Deseable experiencia en proyectos de plantas industriales y proyectos EPC.
- Experiencia en un rol técnico con vinculación a equipos tales como: máquinas rotativas, motores, bombas, ventiladores, turbinas de vapor, condensadores, y equipos auxiliares en general.
- Ingles B2
- Manejo del paquete Microsoft Office. Se valorará el uso de programas de cálculo de stress de tuberías, de diseño gráfico u otros de ingeniería.
- Experiencia mínima entre 5 años en empresa de energía, ingeniería, fabricante o similar realizando tareas técnicas vinculadas a alguno/s de los equipos descritos.
- Disponibilidad para viajes de supervisión de proyecto y reuniones con clientes y suministradores. 1 o 2/ mes a nivel nacional.
Base de Trabajo: Puerto de Santa María. Son viables perfiles de otras regiones de Andalucía que estén dispuestos a trasladarse a la oficinas centrales del Puerto 3 días /semana.
