Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Santa Eulalia del Río. As a Real Estate Agent at Engel & Völkers Ibiza, you will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients, assisting buyers and sellers with property transactions, and managing real estate listings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, negotiate contracts, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The role also involves showcasing properties, conducting market analyses, and building long-term client relationships through outstanding service.

Qualifications

  • Permanent residence on Ibiza Island
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, negotiation, and relationship management
  • Familiarity with the Ibiza real estate market is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, such as Spanish, English, German, Dutch or others, is beneficial
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic environment
