As a full-time Finance & Strategy Intern, yyou'll be at the center of our financial and strategic decision making— transforming data into insights, supporting strategic decisions, evaluating new initiatives, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our financial performance tracking.

Your work will help shape the future of how healthcare staffing operates.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyze business and operational data using tools like SQL, Metabase, Google Sheets, and BigQuery to uncover trends and drive strategic decisions.
  • Support project evaluation and prioritization by validating hypotheses, modeling financial impact, and presenting data-backed recommendations.
  • Monitor and report on key KPIs, building dashboards that help teams make faster, more informed decisions.
  • Evaluate the performance of ongoing initiatives, transforming financial and operational metrics into actionable insights.
  • Manage core financial processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our daily operations.
  • Support monthly closings, reconciliations, and financial reporting while maintaining organized documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Product, Data) to ensure all strategic decisions are grounded in solid financial and operational analysis.

What We're Looking For

  • You're currently enrolled in a degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar, and can sign a university internship agreement.
  • You have fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • You'restructured, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and communicate them clearly.
  • Experience with Google Sheets/Excel is a must.
  • You take ownership of your work and enjoy solving complex problems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to improve how things work.
  • [Nice to have] Previous experience in Big4/Auditing companies
