Job Description:

¿Te apasiona la gestión de datos, la digitalización y la optimización de procesos? Esta es tu oportunidad para formar parte de un proyecto global en una compañía líder.

Principales tareas/ Responsabilidades

  • Garantizar la fiabilidad y consistencia de la información para decisiones estratégicas.
  • Participar en la implantación y evolución de sistemas globales (Workday, SAP, Qlik).
  • Impulsar la mejora continua en eficiencia, calidad de datos y automatización.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo en compensación, diversidad y sostenibilidad.
  • Diseñar reportes, preparar bases de datos y dar soporte en auditorías externas (NFR, Ecovadis).
  • Colaborar en proyectos de digitalización y formación de equipos en herramientas clave.

Áreas clave del puesto:

  • Reporting: diseño y mantenimiento de reportes, auditoría de datos, mejora de procesos.
  • Compensación & Beneficios: consolidación de datos, preparación de reportes para comités, gestión de benchmarks.
  • Proyectos y Digitalización: implementación de herramientas, optimización de procesos y calidad de datos.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Perfil analítico, orientado a la mejora continua y con experiencia en entornos globales.
  • Conocimiento en herramientas como Workday, SAP, Qlik, Excel
  • Capacidad para trabajar en proyectos transversales y en equipo.
  • Experiencia similar 3-5 años, en data analytics preferiblemente en entorno industrial
  • Inglés nivel C1
