Responsibilities
Continually inspire and work with advertisers to explore new generations of ideas for their campaigns on Meta's platforms (from Instagram to Facebook, Messenger, Whatsapp, Threads and more) Develop strategies and creative ideas that transform our clients' business Work with a variety of cross-functional teams to refine and scale your creative approaches for maximum impact, Continually work to invent new ways to harness creativity for business growth whilst driving value for people and communities, Drive excitement for an automation first new era of creativity, as AI continues to grow and mature for creative solutions Work hands-on to bring ideas to life, manage projects end-to-end, this is a position for builders. Scale your team's ideas across the globe
Qualifications
We are looking for someone creatively ambitious and business centric with experience in creator marketing and vertical short form video across multiple categories (from Digital Native businesses to CPG, travel and retail). Used to Performance campaigns environment, from creative diversification to iteration and measurement/test&learn Both Spanish and English is required 5+ years' experience gained from working at startups, creative agencies, in-house creative teams especially at eCommerce or App business, independent business or non-traditional content creators with focus on paid social media performance (Meta's platforms or Tiktok or Youtube) and eCommerce campaigns (Automated Creative/AI Generated Creative/ASC/Advantage+/Performance campaigns/Catalogs/Product Level Video/Smartly experience preferred) Hands-on design and making skills - from video prototypes to assets mock-ups Experience in creative ideas for paid social media - no exclusive experience in organic content creation or earned media background Data fluency – you are happy getting your hands dirty with data, have interest in AI for marketing, you understand measurement and are willing to learn new tools Entrepreneurial. We're still only 1% done – this team is inventing everyday and it takes tenacity, bravery and the skills to see the big opportunities to thrive here Inspiration and influence - you have the proven skills to translate ideas into presentations and successfully influence clients, partners and teams with it.
