En la Delegación de TIBA Spain Vigo estamos ampliando nuestro equipo de Operaciones marítimas ¿quieres formar parte del equipo?What will your functions be?

• Gestión completa de expedientes de tráfico marítimo de importación y exportación.
• Seguimiento de los tráficos y cargas de los clientes/cuentas asignadas.
• Resolución de incidencias y reclamaciones que puedan surgir durante el proceso de salida, envío y/o recepción de la mercancía de los clientes.
• Contacto directo y diario con proveedores, clientes y agentes.
• Prestar apoyo en cotizaciones y facturación.

What are we looking for?

¿Qué te hará triunfar en este proyecto?

• Experiencia previa de al menos 2 años en empresa transitaria y en gestión de tráfico marítimo.
• Poseer formación en la rama administrativa y/o de comercio internacional.
• Contar con nivel B2/C1 de inglés.
• Ser una persona con orientación al cliente, resolutiva y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
