We are expanding our team and seeking a Research Consultant with strong quantitative skills to join our dynamic and fast-paced company. This role is ideal for professionals with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, a strong foundation in social sciences research methods, who are eager to contribute to high-impact projects. Based in either Barcelona or Milan, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to tackle critical policy challenges and support evidence-based policymaking.
Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews and desk research.
- Design, monitor, and conduct interviews and surveys.
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data.
- Prepare presentations and research briefs.
- Draft text for research proposals and deliverables.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of evaluation and impact assessments.
- Identify proposal requirements, including administrative documents.
- Help develop business cases.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Master's degree in Economics, Political Science, Public Policy, Sociology, or Social Sciences (or closely related fields).
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas concisely.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- EU policy knowledge.
- Proficiency in English with professional/academic experience.
- EU work permit.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EU public policy consultancy or research
- Experience with digital policies is a plus
