Buscamos un
Growth specialist
para unirse al equipo. No es un puesto más: es una oportunidad para estar en el corazón del ecosistema startup de Barcelona, crear relaciones, cerrar patrocinios y ayudar a que nuestra comunidad siga creciendo.

Responsabilidades del puesto

Cada día será diferente. Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Crecer la comunidad y el impacto de itnig en el ecosistema.

  • Gestionar y fortalecer relaciones con
    marcas, partners y actores del ecosistema
    .

  • Identificar, contactar y cerrar
    acuerdos de patrocinio y partnerships
    para el pódcast, YouTube, newsletter y eventos de Itnig.

  • Apoyar la
    organización y logística de eventos
    , asegurando una experiencia impecable. Coordinar
    invitados, fundadores e inversores.

  • Apoyar al equipo del fondo en la generación de oportunidades de inversión, la relación con startups y partners estratégicos, y la
    difusión de su actividad a través de nuestros canales y redes.

Requisitos del perfil

  • 1–3 años de experiencia en
    ventas, partnerships o desarrollo de negocio
    , preferiblemente en entornos startup o media. Experiencia en VC/incubadoras valorada

  • Excelentes habilidades de
    comunicación y organización
    .

  • Alta
    energía, autonomía y capacidad de adaptación
    .

  • Interés por el mundo de las
    startups, el venture capital y la creación de comunidad
    .

  • Nivel alto de
    español e inglés
    .

Se valorará:

  • Experiencia en organización de eventos o gestión de comunidades.

  • Conocimiento del ecosistema emprendedor/venture capital de Barcelona.

  • Experiencia en creación de contenido, gestión de redes sociales.
