RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE:

OPTIMIZACIÓN DE RECURSOS Y PROCESOS

  • Organización los recursos y procesos dentro del área de responsabilidad para maximizar la eficiencia operativa y la productividad.
  • Análisis de indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) y datos comerciales para tomar decisiones que impulsen los resultados.
  • Supervisión de la correcta implantación del Visual Merchandising y garantizar la disponibilidad y accesibilidad del surtido de productos.
  • Aplicar y controlar los procedimientos operativos (Profit Protection, House of Retail, Health & Safety), promoviendo una cultura de seguridad y eficiencia energética.

EXPERIENCIA DE CLIENTE Y VENTAS

  • Liderar con el ejemplo en atención al cliente, utilizando técnicas de venta avanzadas para mejorar la experiencia de marca y aumentar la conversión.
  • Formación del equipo para comprender y superar las expectativas del cliente en cada interacción.
  • Asegurar una experiencia de compra fluida, desde la presentación del producto hasta la finalización de la venta en caja.

GESTIÓN Y FORMACIÓN DEL EQUIPO

  • Coordinación, guía y motivación del equipo para alcanzar el máximo rendimiento, fomentando una cultura de aprendizaje continuo.
  • Participación activa en los procesos de onboarding y desarrollo del equipo, asegurando la formación operativa en áreas clave.
  • Utilización de herramientas de gestión del desempeño (#MyBest) y coaching para impulsar el crecimiento individual y colectivo.

SOPORTE Y COMUNICACIÓN INTERNA

  • Promoción del uso activo de las plataformas internas de comunicación, asegurando la actualización constante de la información.
  • Colaboración con los equipos de HR y Talent Acquisition en procesos de selección y resolución de incidencias operativas o disciplinarias.
  • Identificar necesidades de formación y comparte buenas prácticas con los equipos de Retail Training y HR.

¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI?

  • Un mínimo de 12 meses de experiencia previa en Retail: Orientada al cliente y con amplia experiencia en ventas.

  • Capacidad de comprensión del negocio, la actividad, y el sector

  • Experiencia en gestión, coordinación de personal y supervisión de equipos

  • Nivel avanzado de inglés. Somos una empresa muy internacional.
