Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: profile definition, job posting, direct search, interviews, shortlist presentation, and closing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future talent needs, continuously optimizing the recruitment process.
  • Design and implement headhunting and networking strategies for critical or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Report key metrics (time to present, evaluate, and close, as well as efficiency and effectiveness) and drive improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in generalist or specialized recruitment within sectors such as FMCG, industrial, or corporate services.
  • Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other direct sourcing techniques.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (minimum C1); additional languages are a plus.
  • Autonomous, results-driven profile with strong attention to detail.
