The Role

• Build and deliver features end-to-end — from idea to production
• Collaborate closely with Product & Design to solve real customer problems
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack
• Continuously improve the codebase and team processes
• Grow your technical depth through feedback, reviews, and mentorship

Our Stack

• Backend: Ruby on Rails
• Frontend: React (and sometimes React Native)

Salary

At Factorial transparency is in our DNA, people at the same rank will receive the same salary and all the salary ranks are public

• Mid Engineer you will join factorial with 40.000€ Base and 2.800€ Variable paid quarterly based on our business goals and after one year you will receive 10% of your salary as ESOP.
