We are looking for an experienced Rust Engineer for Mobile Growth Platform to join our Vector team in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:
  • Take part in Applications & ML platform development
  • Contribute to a custom in-house developed real-time applications, feature stores, user identity services, custom inference layer and ML platform in general
  • Focus on performance optimizations, including Docker and Kubernetes on-premise environments
  • Handle traffic scaling and ensure system reliability.
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in Software Engineering
  • Proficiency with Rust
  • Basic knowledge of ML practices and tools
  • Ability to design and implement high-load services, optimized for performance.
Nice to have:
  • System programming experience (C, C++, Zig)
  • Experience with Apache Arrow and DataFusion
  • Database internals or query engine development
  • High-performance compute kernel implementation
  • GPU programming (CUDA, OpenCL, or similar)
  • ML/MLOps experience with production systems
  • Python for tooling and integrations
  • Ad tech domain knowledge (OpenRTB, MRAID, VAST)
  • WebAssembly (WASM/WASI) development
  • Strong self-direction and independent problem-solving
  • Passion for performance optimization and emerging technologies
This role supposes relocation to Barcelona and work from our office in the city center together with the team.
