Customer Success Manager

MatchMusic is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support artists and creators throughout their journey on our platform.
Our mission is simple: help artists grow through a combination of distribution and automated promotion — and you'll be a key part of that experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clear, friendly, and solution-oriented support to artists and labels.
- Guide users through distribution processes, release setup, and promotional tools.
- Resolve technical or account-related issues with efficiency and professionalism.
- Identify recurring user needs and collaborate with the product team to improve the platform.
- Maintain high satisfaction levels through proactive communication and follow-ups.
- Help onboard new users and create documentation, FAQs, and support resources.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Support, or Artist Relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Strong understanding of digital music distribution and streaming platforms (preferred).
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help artists.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
