MatchMusic is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support artists and creators throughout their journey on our platform.

Our mission is simple: help artists grow through a combination of distribution and automated promotion — and you'll be a key part of that experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear, friendly, and solution-oriented support to artists and labels.
  • Guide users through distribution processes, release setup, and promotional tools.
  • Resolve technical or account-related issues with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Identify recurring user needs and collaborate with the product team to improve the platform.
  • Maintain high satisfaction levels through proactive communication and follow-ups.
  • Help onboard new users and create documentation, FAQs, and support resources.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Support, or Artist Relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of digital music distribution and streaming platforms (preferred).
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help artists.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
