Join Master Builders Solutions as our next Global Group Controller
Location: Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona, Spain)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Global Group Controller to join our international Finance team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the controlling of all Headquarters functions, with a particular focus on IT controlling, which represents a significant share of HQ costs.
As a trusted business partner to senior management, you will provide financial transparency, insightful analysis, and strategic recommendations to support decision-making and drive global performance.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate controlling activities for all HQ functions globally.
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for IT and other central functions.
- Monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with international Finance and Business teams.
- Deliver insightful management reports and KPIs to support strategic decisions.
Your profile:
- Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Controlling, ideally within a larger corporate or international environment.
- Strong understanding of cost center structures, budgeting, and management reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SAP (CO/FI modules) and Excel / BI tools (preferably Power BI).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or German is an advantage.
