Buscamos un/a Tracing Agent, para unirse al equipo de operaciones. Su misión principal será asegurar que todos los pedidos lleguen a tiempo a nuestros clientes y que las recogidas (devoluciones e incidencias) se ejecuten dentro de los plazos y condiciones establecidas. Tendrá un rol clave en el seguimiento diario de todas las expediciones y procesos de logística inversa, anticipando incidencias y coordinando soluciones de forma proactiva.

Responsabilidades:

Seguimiento de expediciones (última milla y transporte nacional):

  • Monitorizar en tiempo real el estado de todas las entregas en curso.
  • Detectar de forma proactiva posibles incidencias (retrasos, desvíos, errores de planificación, etc.).
  • Contactar con transportistas para resolver problemas antes de que impacten negativamente en la experiencia del cliente.
  • Garantizar la trazabilidad y correcta ejecución de las entregas

Gestión de logística inversa (recogidas por devolución o incidencia):

  • Asegurar que los transportistas cumplan con los tiempos y condiciones acordadas.
  • Minimizar los plazos de resolución y el impacto operativo

Mejora continua:

  • Identificar patrones de incidencias y proponer mejoras de procesos y flujos.
  • Proponer iniciativas para optimizar el transporte y la experiencia postventa.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en logística de transporte terrestre, última milla o logística inversa.
  • Conocimiento de operaciones logísticas, trazabilidad de envíos y coordinación con transportistas.
  • Perfil resolutivo, con alta capacidad de organización, autonomía y agilidad para priorizar tareas.
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y orientación al cliente.
  • Dominio de Excel
  • Nivel de inglés alto.
  • Capacidad analítica para interpretar datos y detectar mejoras operativas.
  • Valorable experiencia en entornos en crecimiento o empresas con alto volumen de envíos y cambios operativos frecuentes.
