Misión del puesto

La persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del WMS (Warehouse Management System) , participando en pruebas con clientes (PRE/UAT), configuraciones, arranques operativos y resolución de incidencias. También tendrá un rol clave en la formación a equipos y la mejora continua de procesos.

Responsabilidades principales

Seguimiento de tareas y proyectos

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento del cronograma de proyectos asignados.
  • Seguimiento del planner de tareas y registro de horas en las herramientas internas.
  • Apoyo en la planificación y priorización de actividades.

Pruebas con clientes y arranques (PRE/UAT)

  • Participar en la definición del plan de pruebas junto a BA y QS.
  • Ejecutar pruebas UAT y PRE para nuevas funcionalidades.
  • Configuración de variables WMS, Portal Cliente y middleware (Shopify).
  • Identificación y reporte de BUGS en DevOps.

Soporte técnico IT

  • Colaborar con soporte local y clientes para detectar incidencias funcionales o de comunicación.
  • Revisar configuraciones del sistema para identificar errores.

Mejora continua

  • Auditar procesos operativos para asegurar eficiencia en el uso del WMS.
  • Proponer mejoras MOD/MOI con análisis de retorno.
  • Hacer seguimiento del impacto de los desarrollos implementados.

Formación y soporte a equipos

  • Formar a operativos, mandos y clientes en el uso del WMS y nuevas funcionalidades.
  • Resolver dudas de Team Leaders, Area Managers y Site Managers.
  • Acompañar arranques de cliente y nuevas versiones.

Requisitos

Formación

  • Titulación en informática, ADE, logística o similar.
  • O experiencia equivalente demostrable.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 3 años en puestos similares en logística, retail, automoción o producción.

Otros requisitos

  • Inglés nivel medio (se valorará nivel alto).
  • Dominio de Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Valorable experiencia en BI.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de logística.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar y movilidad geográfica.
  • Posibilidades de viajar de forma puntual.
