About The Job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, within the Front Office Department, the Night Auditor is responsible for performing nightly audit procedures, reconciling daily revenue, charges and transactions.

As Night Auditor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Ensuring a flawless check-in/check-out process.
• Answering the telephone in the utmost clarity, offering assistance to internal and external callers.
• Generating and distributing end-of-day financial reports to relevant departments and management.
• Verifying accuracy of guest folios, room charges, postings and correcting any discrepancies.
• Coordinating with Security and the Night Manager in case of emergencies or incidents.
• Responding to guest inquiries or issues during the night shift, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Preparing the Front Desk for the following day, ensuring systems and documentation are updated.
• Performing any other reasonable duties as required by the Night Manager.

As Night Auditor, We Expect From You

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Front Office operations, or high-end hospitality environment.
• Effective communication skills in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
• Willingness and flexibility to work night shifts.
• Well-groomed appearance, adhering to the hotel's grooming standards.
• Basic IT skills, with solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity of hotel management systems (e.g., HMS, Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS).
• An independent and proactive approach.
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on maintaining quality service and operational excellence.
• Legal authorization to work in Spain.
