Back Office Specialist
to join our team and support our commercial and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Order processing, follow-up, and customer coordination
- Daily communication with international clients and suppliers
- Data entry, documentation management, and reporting
- Support in invoicing and logistics processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar back office or administrative role
- Advanced level of English (mandatory)
– daily use in written and spoken communication - Spanish proficiency is required; other languages are a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good command of Office tools (ERP systems are a plus)
- Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
- Office based in Ourense
