Role Overview:
As a Technical Customer Support, you'll serve as the main point of contact for clients — resolving technical challenges, providing expert troubleshooting, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (C2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Spanish residency card
- At least one year of experience in Technical Customer Support or a related role.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
