Job Purpose:
The travel agent will make professional, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements for TD SYNNEX, within company guidelines and standards, delivering excellent customer service to all European countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and book European meetings and events in line with company guidelines.
- Arrange travel (flights, hotels, cars, ground transport) using preferred vendors to optimize costs.
- Ensure accuracy in ticketing, invoicing, and reporting, following internal procedures.
- Manage Travel Expense tools taking care of user maintenance and data reporting
- Negotiate with Travel Industry Vendors such as Hotels, Car rental companies and Airlines
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; proficient in GDS (e.g., Amadeus).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and online booking tools.
- Strong understanding of business travel processes.
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
- Able to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish required, German is a plus.
