We're looking for a
Head of Performance
to lead and scale multi-channel marketing efforts across Europe. This role is perfect for a data-driven leader who's passionate about growth, performance, and managing high-impact teams. You'll be at the center of a fast-moving, cross-functional environment — crafting strategy, driving innovation, and delivering measurable results at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Own and scale our performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more.
  • Define strategy, manage budgets, and lead execution across 10+ countries.
  • Lead, develop, and empower a team of performance marketers.
  • Develop and implement testing frameworks, attribution models, and funnel strategies.
  • Partner with creative, data, product, booking center and sales teams to deliver full-funnel growth.
  • Drive automation, tracking, and performance reporting at scale.
  • Collaborate directly with Meta, TikTok, and Google to unlock new opportunities.
  • Report on performance and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years in performance marketing with a focus on lowering CAC, improving ROI, and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and full-funnel growth tactics.
  • Excellent grasp of data analytics, attribution, and media mix modeling.
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
  • Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and sharp execution skills.
  • Fluent proficiency in English.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Degree in engineering, computer science, another technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in beauty/wellness/health industry.
  • Proficiency in German, Dutch, French, Swedish, Italian, Spanish.
