Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a meticulous, organized individual with a strong eye for detail—someone passionate about creating immaculate, comfortable spaces for our guests. We want someone who thrives in an elegant, dynamic environment and who takes pride in transforming each room into a haven of calm and perfection.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Cleaning, organizing, and preparing guestrooms, suites, and assigned areas in accordance with The Ritz-Carlton luxury standards.
• Restocking amenities, linens, and necessary supplies to ensure a flawless guest experience.
• Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or technical defects found in the rooms.
• Ensuring each room presents a flawless appearance, paying attention to presentation, decorative details, and the sensory experience of the guest.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the housekeeping office and your cart.
• Complying with safety, hygiene, and risk-prevention guidelines, as well as the resort's sustainability policies.
• Collaborating closely with supervisors and colleagues to ensure an efficient workflow and outstanding service.

What we expect from you…

• Previous experience as a room attendant or in similar roles, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to keep pace in high-occupancy environments.
• Good physical condition for continuous movement-related tasks.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic level of English or Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
• Valid work authorization for Spain.
