WHAT DOES A RGM TRAINEE DO?
The main deliverable that make this role vital for the organization is the ability to gather and analyze information from multiple data sources, to generate insights that lead the optimized application of RGM practices.

Your ability to combine an analytical approach that unfolds granular details and provides simple insights to commercial teams to support through the market value creation journey.
The thirst to learn about the industry and commercial challenges is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
- Create RGM discipline by monthly monitoring price to consumer and causes of variation in topline (Price, Volume, Mix) and bringing insights into impacts while promoting recommendations and action plans
- Drive bottom line results & strategic financial targets by delivering RGM insights and processes regarding Price to Consumer, Trade Investment and Promotional Activity
- Support the implementation of RGM initiatives across the channels that deliver incremental EFO to budget, with analyses and consistently reporting KPIs progress
- Key project will include managing promotions for our 3 channels including ROI analysis, adjustment of Promotional calendars and planning for upcoming Fiscal Year
SKILLS
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
- Experience in delivering analyses and recommendations
- Graduation in Business Administration, Economics or Finance desirable
- Working experience is going to be valued, especially in FMCG and multinational companies
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
