Buscamos un/a estudiante para realizar prácticas en el equipo de RRHH.

Desde B. Braun se desea incorporar un/a Trainee de Gestion de Proyectos y Sistemas de Recursos Humanos en nuestra sede de Rubí.

Funciones:

  • Apoyo en la gestión de proyectos de RRHH: Colaborar en la planificación y seguimiento de proyectos relacionados con talento, formación, compensación, digitalización y cultura organizativa. Preparar documentación, cronogramas e informes de avance.
  • Análisis y mejora de procesos: Participar en la identificación de oportunidades de mejora en procesos internos. Apoyar la implementación de herramientas digitales y automatización.
  • Gestión de datos y sistemas: Recoger, analizar y presentar datos relacionados con KPI's de RRHH. Gestionar el sistema de ticketing de incidencias y peticiones de automatización y digitalización con IT.
  • Comunicación y coordinación: Apoyar la comunicación interna de iniciativas y proyectos para garantizar la correcta ejecución de estos.

Requerimientos:

  • Estudiante de último curso en ADE, Relaciones Laborales (o similar) o máster o posgrado relacionado.
  • Interés por la gestión de proyectos y el área de RRHH.
  • Dominio de Excel y herramientas colaborativas (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
    Inglés nivel alto.
