Buscamos un/a
Functional Architect
para unirse al área de banca corporativa de una entidad financiera internacional. La persona seleccionada participará en la definición funcional de soluciones tecnológicas, con foco en deuda, riesgos, portfolio management e iniciativas de optimización. Será clave en la reingeniería de procesos y en la evaluación de nuevas soluciones, incluyendo herramientas basadas en IA.

Responsabilidades

  • Definir
    requerimientos funcionales
    para nuevos desarrollos y aplicaciones internas.
  • Liderar iniciativas de
    reingeniería de procesos
    y diseño de arquitecturas funcionales.
  • Elaborar
    especificaciones funcionales
    de alto nivel, garantizando integración, coherencia y viabilidad técnica.
  • Evaluar y analizar
    soluciones de software de terceros
    .
  • Diseñar propuestas basadas en
    IA (LLMs, AI agents, etc.)
    y su integración en los flujos actuales.
  • Colaborar con equipos técnicos y de negocio para asegurar el alineamiento funcional.
  • Comunicarse de forma clara y efectiva en inglés y español.

Requisitos
Habilidades de arquitectura funcional

  • Experiencia determinando requisitos funcionales y diseñando arquitecturas de alto nivel.
  • Conocimiento en
    process reengineering
    .
  • Uso de metodologías y herramientas para crear vistas funcionales de arquitectura.
  • Capacidad para evaluar soluciones externas y su encaje en el ecosistema actual.
  • Familiaridad con
    herramientas de IA
    y capacidad para definir aplicaciones basadas en ellas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (inglés y español).

Conocimiento de negocio (muy valorable)

  • Global Debt Financing (GDF):
    Préstamos sindicados & Project Finance.
  • Finance & Active Portfolio Management:
    TTI, cálculo de P&L, optimización de balance, liquidez y capital.
  • Credit & Counterparty Risk:
    Modelos de rating, límites, métricas de exposición, modelos de control de riesgo.
  • Distribution / Hedging Methods:
    ventas en secundario, titulizaciones, RPAs, seguros, TRS, etc.
