CBRE-GWS, empresa especializada en la gestión y mantenimiento de instalaciones, busca un/a Técnico/a de mantenimiento especializado en climatización.

El objetivo del puesto es la realización del mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo, conductivo de las instalaciones de Climatización, electricidad de Baja Tensión e instalaciones generales existentes.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Titulación oficial como Frigorista (FP Grado Medio/Superior en Climatización, Frigorista o equivalente).
  • Carne RITE y manipulador de gases fluorados cualquier carga.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en instalaciones y mantenimiento de climatización.
  • Conocimiento sólido de normativa vigente (RITE, REBT, etc.).
  • Manejo de equipos de medida y herramientas de diagnóstico eléctrico.
  • Capacidad para interpretar planos y esquemas eléctricos.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar guardias o intervenciones en paradas programadas.
  • Permiso de conducir vigente.

Tus Principales Funciones Serán

  • Ejecutar trabajos de instalación, mantenimiento y reparación de sistemas de climatización (VRV, Equipos Compactos, UTAs, recuperadores de calor, etc.) y ACS.
  • Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en sistemas de climatización.
  • Diagnosticar averías eléctricas, identificar causas raíz y aplicar soluciones correctivas.
  • Apoyar en tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo del resto de oficios: fontanería, cerrajería, carpintería y obra civil, etc.
  • Supervisar y realizar pequeñas reparaciones generales de instalaciones del edificio.
  • Atender avisos de mantenimiento correctivo en primera instancia, evaluando la naturaleza de la incidencia y resolviéndola directamente o derivándola al técnico especialista.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de normas técnicas, especificaciones de fabricantes y normativa de seguridad vigente.
  • Participar en pruebas, inspecciones y puesta en marcha de instalaciones eléctricas.
  • Colaborar con ingenieros, supervisores y otros oficios para coordinar las intervenciones eléctricas.
  • Registrar de forma precisa todas las actuaciones, inspecciones y tareas de mantenimiento.
  • Apoyar en paradas técnicas, ampliaciones y modificaciones de instalaciones.
  • Cumplir en todo momento con los requisitos de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo y Medioambiente (PRL/HSE).
