We are seeking an Administrative Accountant to join our team in Seville. The selected candidate will support accounting and administrative operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all processes.
Responsibilities
- Invoicing Management: Issue, receive, post, and organise invoices while ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Accounts Receivable & Payable: Manage collections and payments for suppliers and customers.
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Contract Administration: Support the administrative management of PPA, EPC, O&M and other key sector agreements.
- Document Management: Maintain organised filing and control of accounting and administrative documentation.
- Tax Support: Assist in the preparation and review of periodic tax submissions.
- Period-End Closing: Provide support during monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Audit Support: Prepare and follow up on documentation required for internal and external audits.
- Statutory Accounts: Assist in the preparation of annual statutory financial statements.
- Reporting: Prepare basic financial and administrative reports as required by management.
- Dealing with suppliers, customers, and other departments.
- General Administrative Tasks: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the department when needed.

The ideal candidate must have a FP2 level in accounting with 1+ years of experience, and must speaks English (the interview will be in English).
Skills in the following will be assessed:
- Languages: at least B2 in English (must be able to keep a professional conversation - will be assessed)
- Advanced in Excel - will be assessed
- Excellent communication skills over email and telephone.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and in a client facing role.
- Must be able to adapt and flex to a changing environment.
- Must have analytical, communication, and computer skills.
- Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to solve problems, take responsibility and start adding value to the team immediately.
- Ethical behaviour.
