Actualmente está reforzando su equipo local de Infraestructura como parte de una estrategia de descentralización, mayor autonomía técnica y migración progresiva a entornos cloud, principalmente Azure.

Misión del puesto:

Se busca un/a Ingeniero/a de Cloud y Sistemas para unirse al equipo de Infraestructura en Madrid. Esta posición, de nueva creación, será clave para garantizar el rendimiento, la seguridad y la continuidad operativa de los sistemas IT tanto en la nube como en entornos on-premise. Se valorará una fuerte orientación a la automatización y un perfil con ambición de crecimiento en un entorno internacional.

Descripción de las responsabilidades:

- Diseñar, implementar y mantener soluciones de automatización que mejoren la eficiencia operativa.

- Administrar la infraestructura IT alojada en Azure y sistemas on-premise, garantizando su disponibilidad y alineación con los objetivos del negocio.

- Desarrollar y mantener scripts de Infraestructura como Código (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).

- Gestionar entornos de contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes) y colaborar en tareas de orquestación.

- Definir e implementar buenas prácticas de observabilidad, trazabilidad y monitorización (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).

- Resolver incidencias técnicas garantizando la continuidad de servicio y la seguridad de los sistemas.

- Documentar procedimientos, configuraciones y mantener actualizada la información técnica.

- Colaborar con otros equipos técnicos y funcionales a nivel nacional e internacional.

- Evaluar nuevas herramientas tecnológicas para su posible integración en el ecosistema IT de la compañía.

Requisitos obligatorios:

- Experiencia previa como Ingeniero/a Cloud o Administrador/a de Sistemas, con orientación a automatización.

- Conocimiento de entornos cloud, especialmente Microsoft Azure.

- Manejo de contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Conocimientos sólidos en herramientas de automatización e Infraestructura como Código (Ansible, Terraform).

- Scripting con Python, Bash o PowerShell.

- Experiencia con herramientas de monitorización y observabilidad (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).

- Conocimientos en administración de sistemas (Linux y Windows).

- Buena comprensión de redes y seguridad en entornos corporativos.

- Nivel alto de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.

- Actitud proactiva, curiosidad tecnológica y orientación al aprendizaje continuo.

Deseables:

- Experiencia con pipelines de CI/CD y herramientas como Azure DevOps, Jenkins o GitLab CI.

- Conocimientos adicionales en herramientas de automatización como Chef o Puppet.

- Familiaridad con arquitecturas distribuidas y microservicios.

- Certificaciones técnicas en cloud, seguridad o automatización.

- Experiencia previa en estructuras multinacionales o entornos complejos.
