El proyecto

Te incorporarás a un equipo especializado dando soporte a una
plataforma global basada en IBM MQ
, con entornos productivos en varios países europeos.

El proyecto se encuentra en una fase de
operación avanzada y soporte
, con un alto grado de automatización, autoservicio y buenas prácticas técnicas.

Se proporcionará
formación y acompañamiento técnico en el entorno concreto
por parte del equipo experto internacional


Modalidad 100% remoto
, con participación en
guardias rotativas semanales
.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

  • Operación y gestión de colas e infraestructura en entornos IBM MQ.
  • Soporte, monitorización y mantenimiento de entornos MQ en España.
  • Gestión de peticiones de configuración (colas, canales, usuarios, certificados) en entornos no migrados.
  • Resolución de incidencias y alarmas en servicio 24x7.
  • Gestión de reglas de firewall asociadas a los entornos MQ.
  • Soporte activo a migraciones de aplicaciones desde MQ local a la plataforma global.
  • Interlocución técnica en inglés en los ámbitos necesarios.

Requisitos

Requisitos mínimos

  • Formación en FP II / Grado Superior en Informática o similar.
  • Experiencia sólida en entornos Middleware, especialmente IBM MQ.
  • Experiencia en operación 24x7 y resolución de incidencias críticas.
  • Conocimientos de infraestructura, redes y firewalls.
  • Inglés B2 o superior (entorno técnico internacional).

Se valorará

  • Experiencia en entornos altamente automatizados.
  • Conocimiento de plataformas híbridas y entornos globales.
  • Experiencia en migraciones de middleware.
  • Actitud proactiva, orientación a la calidad y al trabajo en equipo.
