Digital Operations Associate (Entry-Level)
We are looking for a Digital Operations Associate to support the day-to-day digital operations of the company. This is an entry-level role designed for a recent graduate or junior profile with strong organizational skills and interest in digital environments, data tracking, and online content management.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content accuracy and consistency.
Coordinate and publish digital content across web and internal platforms.
Manage and organize contact databases (CRM – customer relationship management).
Track, update, and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support basic analytics and reporting for digital and operational activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth digital workflows.
Prepare presentations and visual materials to support internal and external communications.
Soft Skills
High level of creativity.
Strong interpersonal skills and ease in dealing with people.
Enthusiastic organizer of user experience events.
Passion for offline games and offline interaction dynamics.
Profile Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (any relevant field).
No prior professional experience required; experience in a similar role is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
Advanced skills as a ChatGPT prompter (prompt design and optimization).
Basic understanding of websites, digital content, and data tracking.
Web programming skills at a maintenance level.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to learn tools and processes quickly.
Languages
English: Native (American).
Spanish: Advanced or native level.
