Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Madrid team at Enfinity Global. This role is pivotal in driving strategic financial insights across complex industrial projects, particularly in the waste management and chemical sectors. The ideal candidate will lead high-impact analyses that shape long-term sustainability and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of advanced financial and economic models to evaluate strategic business opportunities in the circular economy space.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of investment projects, including profitability assessments, risk quantification, and scenario modeling.
- Prepare and present investment proposals and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and decision-making committees.
- Deliver comprehensive market studies—current and forecasted—covering trends, pricing, and regulatory impacts in waste management and chemical industries.
- Monitor and assess the financial performance of ongoing contracts, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions to optimize returns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Master's in Finance is highly preferred.
- Certification of CFA Level I or higher is mandatory.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within industrial or sustainability-focused sectors.
- Strong understanding of industrial processes, sustainability metrics, and circular economy principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
