Mission
We are looking for a
Senior Project Manager
to manage and coordinate all activities related to the integration of business processes within our S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP deployments, a strong technical background, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across business and IT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management:

  • Oversee the implementation of business processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment.

  • Develop and execute the project plan, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Identify dependencies across functional, technical, and business teams.
  • Manage risks and issues associated with SAP implementation.

  • Technical Coordination: Coordinate technical activities between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment on integration requirements and deliverables.

  • Communication and Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact between business users, data stewards, and technical teams.

  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and project stakeholders on progress, risks, and mitigations
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, workflows, and configurations for future reference and audits.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for business integration discussions, providing updates and insights to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT integration roles, with a focus on SAP projects, particularly S/4HANA.
  • Proven experience in managing technical teams and coordinating cross-functional IT activities.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • SAP certification in relevant modules.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
