We are looking for a data-driven Head of Content Production to build and scale our creative infrastructure. You will not just be "managing creatives" — you will be building the machine that produces high-quality performance content at scale. You will bridge the gap between business goals (UA, Growth, CRM) and creative execution, ensuring our production engine runs efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time.
What you will do1. Production Strategy & Process Building
- Build the Infrastructure: Design and implement the entire production ecosystem from scratch—including file storage logic, handoff processes, and automation tools.
- Scale Operations: Manage a high-volume production pipeline (targeting 60+ video creatives and 120+ static assets per month) without compromising quality or budget.
- SLA Management: Establish and strictly monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to balance speed, quality, and volume.
2. Team Leadership & Resource Management
- Manage the Team: Lead, mentor, and organize a diverse team of 10+ people, including Designers, Motion Designers, Video Producers (LATAM focus), Editors, and Copywriters.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and subcontractors to meet fluctuating demands.
3. Data-Driven Performance & Analytics
- Metrics & Efficiency: You are responsible for the math behind the art. Track production metrics (tasks completed, cost per asset, request volume) and performance results to optimize budgets.
- Strategic Alignment: Translate product goals (from UA, Growth, CRM, SEO) into clear creative deliverables. Your goal is to increase creative output volume without linearly increasing costs.
4. Content Quality & Format Diversity
- Full-Cycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle from brief to release for diverse formats: Static banners, SMM, UGC, High-quality video, and dynamic assets.
- Quality Control: Act as the chief gatekeeper to ensure all assets meet brand standards and business objectives before delivery.
- Experience: 4+ years in content creation with proven experience in Full-Cycle Production Management (from brief to client delivery).
- Scale: You have successfully managed high-volume production (e.g., 60+ videos/month).
- Leadership: You have managed a team of 10+ full-time employees or contractors. (Note: We are looking for a hands-on leader, not someone who primarily reported to a Creative Director or PM who handled the actual process)
- Format Expertise: Deep understanding of multi-format production (Video, Static, UGC, Text).
- Data Proficiency: You are comfortable working with production metrics, tracking costs, and analyzing efficiency.
- Languages: English B2+ level is required.
- Direct impact on revenue and core business metrics.
