¿Cuáles serán tus funciones como IT Systems Administrator?

  • Gestión de plataformas Microsoft 365
    : Administración de usuarios, licencias, Exchange, Teams, Intune, Defender, Purview, etc.
  • Monitorización de sistemas
    : Uso de Zabbix para supervisar el estado de la infraestructura y anticipar incidencias.
  • Soporte técnico especializado
    : Resolución de tickets complejos, asistencia remota y atención a usuarios.
  • Administración de redes
    : Configuración y mantenimiento de switches, Wi-Fi, VLANs, firewalls y VPNs.
  • Gestión de activos
    : Control de inventario de hardware/software, soporte en compras y renovación de equipos.
  • Documentación y mejora continua
    : Registro de procesos técnicos, propuestas de optimización e implementación de buenas prácticas de seguridad.

Requisitos

  • Estudios mínimos: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Informática o similar.

  • Experiencia mínima: al menos 2 año en un rol similar.

  • Conocimientos técnicos sólidos en:

  • Plataformas Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender.
  • Monitorización con Zabbix u otros sistemas.
  • Redes LAN/WAN, configuración de switches y firewalls.
  • Valorable tener certificaciones (Microsoft 365, Azure, Cisco, etc.).
